Over the years as journalists, we were on the receiving end of approximately 3 million and twenty-four phone calls, press releases and emails from PR companies or businesses hoping to attract some positive press. Some of them were really good and turned into great stories, but most were weak and failed to land any print or airtime.
There’s an art to getting positive attention for clients and a huge part of that is understanding how the media operates and how journalists think.
And that’s what gives us a competitive edge.
We know what stories appeal to the masses and how to weave our clients into those stories in a positive way. Perhaps more importantly, because we’ve worked at news outlets all over the country, we have a lot of connections that help us open doors to media opportunities.
Not to brag or anything (okay, we’re bragging), but we have a bunch of Emmy’s, Murrow Awards and fancy trophies that take up a lot of shelf space. The reason we bring it up is because some other folks out there said we know how to tell stories and that has carried over into 10e Communications.
Now, our job is to tell your story and to position you in the best light possible so your business can thrive. And as you’ll see below, our clients like the results.
